Amazing good, amazing service and amazing prices/portions!! I love Lubranos! Our server was attentive and friendly. He lit our birthday cake candle twice for us to get some good photos. Everything we ate was amazing I can't pick a favorite. Everyone had food to take home for a second dinner. Also it is BYOB!

We were looking for some good Italian food before a show at the local Algonquin Theater and guess what ? we found it here. Got an early 5:00 PM reservation on a Saturday and the place was already packed when we arrived. As you walk in there is an area for takeout and to the right and through the doors is the restaurant area. Beautiful atmosphere inside the restaurant with brick walls and a cozy and casual feel we were promptly seated at a nice window seat. It's a BYOB and our server Alessandro was great and attentive even though the restaurant was busy, he opened our bottle of wine and proceeded to tell us about the specials. To start we chose one of the special apps, the Fried Zucchini Flowers stuffed with fresh mozzarella which were very delicious. For our mains, my wife saw on the menu that they claim to have the best Chicken Parmigiana you will ever eat and you know what, they may be right. Homemade breaded chicken cutlet, pounded thin, crisp around the ends , covered in a delicious sauce and cheese and finished in their oven, it was excellent. For my main, I felt like a seafood dish and asked our waiter what was best and he suggested the Linguine Pescatore, shrimp, clams, New Zealand mussels, calamari, mussels and scallops, sautéed with garlic and extra virgin olive oil and finished in a Diavolo plum marinara sauce. I loved it, the seafood all fresh, tender and delicious. Good food, reasonable prices and a BYOB, my wife and I loved this spot and we will definitely be back.

First off, this is my go-to Italian restaurant. Last night, I had the best experience ever! They seated us upon arrival, and our server was awesome. The bread is to die for, and the specials sounded so yummy. I had the brisket-stuffed ravioli in a cream sauce, and it may have been the best meal I've ever had at Lubrano's. My compliments to the chef! Everyone in my party also had fantastic entries. Keep up the great work. Thank you for an enjoyable meal!

First time dining here. Read all of the negative reviews before coming and have to say not sure how there's anything to complain about... Had reservations at 8pm and we were seated promptly after arriving. The bread and zucchini flowers special appetizer were both great. The red sauce in the gnocchi margherita was phenomenal. Portions for main dish were way more than we could finish. Highest recommendation possible.

Always amazing! Cannelloni with meat, ricotta and Lubrano's marinara the best! My slow (19 hour braised) short rib and pasta off the charts! Everything always delicious! Hard to get to in the summer! Sunday afternoon in the winter easy! Their salad greens and dressings are amazing! Service always great!

Came here with a group of 6 after a performance at the Algonquin Theatre (already wrote the review). The place was packed and I am thankful that they were able to accomodate my request to change my reservation t 5pm from 6pm! Starting off with their excellent bread, spices and olive oil gave us time to decide on entrees. Two of us went with the Pork Chop Murphy (Pan seared bone in chop with plenty of Murphy sauce with onions, mushrooms, hot & sweet cherry peppers and potatoes), Two went with Chicken Mirtilli & Gorganzola (carmelized shallots, sun dried cranberries and sweet gorganzola and a Sherry-Balsamic deniglaze. Add to that a Veal and Chicken Parmigiana with pasta and Shrimp Scampi with pasta. Shared desserts consisted of Apple Crum Pie a la mode and Chocolate cake. Both were terrific! The restaurant is BYOB and reservations are recommended at all times. As an aside, their take out area was extremely busy.
